About the Role

Fancy Homes Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales within Dubai.

You will be responsible for generating new business, advising buyers and investors, closing property transactions, and building long-term relationships with clients while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and prospecting.
  • Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Sell both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct property viewings and project presentations.
  • Provide professional investment advice based on clients requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
  • Follow up with clients promptly and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the company CRM daily.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, new project launches, and RERA regulations.
  • Work closely with management to achieve individual and company sales targets.
  • Represent Fancy Homes Real Estate professionally at all times.

  • Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience.
    • Mandatory experience in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
    • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
    • RERA certification is an advantage.
    • UAE driving licence and own car are preferred.
    • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
