We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team.

Role Overview :

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on premium real estate investments, representing ultra-luxury developments, and managing end-to-end property transactions. The role involves building long-term client relationships, negotiating high-value deals, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on ultra-luxury residential and commercial properties
• Showcase and sell exclusive off-plan and ready properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
• Negotiate and close high-value property transactions
• Network with clients, developers, and industry professionals
• Stay up to date with market trends in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate
• Strong knowledge of ultra-luxury projects from master developers such as Emaar, Meraas, and Nakheel
• Demonstrated success in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Established network within the Dubai real estate market (preferred)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
• RERA certification or eligibility to obtain one
