Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include advising clients on market conditions, property values, and tailored options to meet their needs. The role also involves conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and nurturing strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Consulting skills with the ability to provide expert advice to clients
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships
- Proven Sales experience with a strong track record in real estate or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market and trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
