Role Description The Youth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Youth Specialist will design, implement, and coordinate youth-focused programs that support personal development, community engagement, and leadership skills. Daily tasks include facilitating group activities, workshops, and events, providing guidance and support to young participants, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, community partners, and families to align youth programs with organizational goals. The Youth Specialist will also monitor program outcomes, maintain accurate records, and provide regular feedback and reports to management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to analyze client needs, interpret project specifications, and provide informed property recommendations.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.

Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Relevant experience in property sales, brokerage, or real estate development, preferably in the local market of 6 October City or greater Cairo.

Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools; fluency in Arabic and good command of English are advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with a commitment to ethical, client-focused practices.
