We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for confident sales professionals who are driven by high earnings and have a strong background in real estate. The company provides qualified, company-generated leads, allowing you to focus on closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert company-generated leads into successful sales
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities in the UAE market
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings (virtual & in-person)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
- Proven track record of closing property deals
- Strong knowledge of the UAE property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
