Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will oversee the technical aspects of development projects, provide guidance to engineering teams, and ensure successful project execution within timelines and budget constraints. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated on industry trends to integrate innovative solutions into projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, Programming Languages, and System Design
- Experience in Project Management and Leadership, including mentoring and guiding technical teams
- Knowledge in Database Management, System Architecture, and Cloud Solutions
- Strong Problem-Solving, Communication, and Collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
