Role Description: As a Senior Property Consultant at DRE Homes, you will be responsible for the promotion and sale of new and upcoming real estate developments in Dubai. You will play an integral role in achieving business goals by identifying opportunities, providing exceptional service, and developing strong client relationships. The role requires collaboration with a team to meet targets and ensure a seamless real estate experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Exposure to a wide range of prestigious Off-Plan projects across Dubai (working with Tier 1 Developers i.e., Sobha, Damac, Emaar, Nakheel, DHRE, as well as a few Tier 2 and Boutique Developers.)

Build strong relationships with potential investors and end-users through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.

Utilise CRM tools and company-provided leads to generate interest and close deals efficiently.

Attend developer launch events, project briefings, and roadshows to stay updated on inventory and promotions.

Coordinate closely with the Sales Progression and Marketing teams to streamline the sales process and enhance client satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's Off-Plan real estate landscape, government regulations, and market trends.

Conduct regular follow-up care calls to clients after property viewings

Maintain a high level of professionalism and transparency in all client interactions.

Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideally minimum 1-year experience within the Off-Plan market as a Property Consultant.

Valid UAE driving license.

Thorough understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (fluency in a second language is a plus).

Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Financial stability for at least six months.
