Job Description

Job Title: Senior Property Consultant – Real Estate (Premises Investments)

Location: New Cairo – Hyde Park Business District

Job type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and handle client inquiries, providing expert advice on real estate inv
estments.
* Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs.
* Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
* Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
* 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, especially New Cairo.
* Target-driven with a strong ability to close deals.
