Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consulting services to clients, managing customer relationships, and guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and renting processes. Responsibilities include conducting property market analysis, performing site visits, negotiating deals, and staying updated on real estate market trends. The role requires exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with a deep understanding of the property market.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Customer Service experience to ensure client satisfaction throughout the property process.
  • Proven track record in Sales and the ability to negotiate and close deals efficiently.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or property consultancy is highly advantageous.
