Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Qesm El Obour. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients regarding real estate transactions, conducting market research, identifying client requirements, and negotiating property sales. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing customer inquiries, and providing comprehensive customer service. Additionally, the consultant will work collaboratively to meet sales targets, uphold company standards, and contribute to the growth of the organization in a competitive real estate market.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to evaluate properties and provide tailored recommendations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and address client needs effectively
• Proven Sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate transactions
• Familiarity with the real estate market trends and regulations in Qesm El Obour and surrounding areas
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage transactions with professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems is an advantage
• A valid real estate license or certification (preferred)
