About the Job
Reportage Egypt is seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to lead sales efforts, manage high-value clients, and contribute to achieving strategic sales objectives. This role requires strong market knowledge and proven real estate sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales negotiations for Reportage Egypt's residential projects.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and investors.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales performance and customer experience.
- Provide detailed market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to management.
- Monitor real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate reporting, including daily calls, weekly plans, and monthly performance reports.
- Resolve complex customer issues and provide recommendations to management.
- Act as a role model and support junior consultants when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility to work from different locations as required.
