Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in reselling residential or commercial properties.
•List properties for resale on platforms, CRM, and internal systems.
•Conduct property evaluations and comparative market analysis.
•Handle client inquiries, schedule, viewings, and conduct property tours.
•Advise clients on pricing, negotiation, and resale strategy.
•Coordinate with legal teams, developers, and mortgage providers when needed.
•Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, locations, and property laws.
•Ensure all documentation is accurate and in compliance with real estate laws.
•Build and maintain a network of buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate resale.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•CRM and listing platform experience (e.g, Property Finder, Bayut).
•6th of October residency is preferred.
