Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Property Consultant for an on-site position based in Damietta. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, managing property sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties include understanding market trends, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with proven experience in the real estate industry.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to listen, negotiate, and build client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and offer strategic property solutions to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Damietta real estate market is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
