We are looking for Senior Property Consultant with proven real estate experience to join our Sales Department. You will manage premium clients, close high-value Dubai property deals, and represent our company in a competitive international market.
Responsibilities
- Handle the full sales process: leads, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Deliver professional presentations of Dubai properties and developers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and competitors.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (AUC graduates highly preferred).
- 35 years of real estate sales experience with knowledge of Dubai market and developers.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Presentable, confident, fluent in Arabic & English (3rd language is a plus).
