Senior Property Consultant

As a Senior Property Consultant at Taskeen, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients in buying and selling properties. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique real estate needs. You will leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and professionalism to drive successful transactions and exceed client expectations.

• Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related field
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of affluent clientele
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and real estate related applications.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
