Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join our team on-site in Dubai. This full-time role involves providing expert property consultancy services, assisting clients in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring real estate opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining valuable customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will also support customers throughout the transaction process, ensuring professionalism, transparency, and an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate expertise are required to assess client needs and identify suitable property solutions.
• Excellent in Communication and Customer Service to provide a seamless and positive experience for clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate or related industries.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its regulations is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
