Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves advising clients on buying, selling, or renting properties, ensuring that their requirements are met and expectations exceeded. Responsibilities include conducting property market research, guiding clients through the transaction process, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. The Senior Property Consultant will also provide outstanding customer service, negotiate deals, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with the ability to provide tailored property solutions to clients
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish trust and maintain strong client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations in Cairo
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus
