We Are Hiring Senior Property Valuation Surveyor

Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use assets in line with international valuation standards (RICS / IVS).
- Lead and manage market research studies, including demandsupply analysis, feasibility studies, and highest & best use assessments.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients, financial institutions, investors, and government entities.
- Review and verify valuation models, assumptions, and methodologies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide expert advisory services on property investments, acquisitions, disposals, and development strategies.
- Monitor and analyze local real estate market trends in Doha and the wider Qatar market.
- Liaise with clients, legal teams, banks, and regulatory authorities to support valuation assignments.
- Mentor and supervise junior surveyors and analysts, ensuring quality control and professional development.
