Senior Proposal Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Proposal Manager. The role involves leading the preparation and submission of proposals for construction and engineering projects, developing competitive and compliant proposals, and managing the proposal lifecycle. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal departments to secure required inputs, analyzing tender documents, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, the Senior Proposal Manager will develop pricing strategies and work to meet submission deadlines effectively.

• Proposal Management, Technical Writing, and Report Preparation expertise
• Strategic Planning, Bid Structuring, and Pricing Development skills
• Team Coordination and Effective Communication abilities
• Advanced knowledge of Engineering and Construction sectors
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in managing large-scale and multidisciplinary construction project proposals
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Office Suite and project management systems
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in proposal management or a similar role, preferably in the engineering and construction industry
• Knowledge of the Middle Eastern and African construction market is an advantage
