Senior Account Manager - Corporate PR

Overview

A leading communications agency in Dubai is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their Corporate PR team. This role will focus on delivering strategic communications programmes for clients across sectors such as government, investment, tourism, real estate and large-scale national initiatives.

The role sits within a fast-paced corporate communications team and requires someone comfortable managing senior client stakeholders while delivering integrated PR campaigns across media relations, corporate messaging and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of corporate PR accounts across sectors such as government entities, investment organisations and tourism authorities
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on communications strategy
  • Develop and implement strategic PR and communications campaigns aligned to business objectives
  • Manage media relations, including proactive storytelling, press releases, media briefings and thought leadership opportunities
  • Support clients with corporate messaging including executive profiling, leadership communications and reputation management
  • Oversee junior team members and ensure high quality delivery of client work
  • Work closely with internal teams across social, digital and creative to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Monitor media coverage, provide strategic reporting and identify opportunities for further visibility

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience within a PR agency environment
  • Strong corporate communications background
  • Experience working with sectors such as government, investment, tourism, infrastructure or real estate
  • Excellent media relations across regional and international business media
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and client stakeholders
  • Strong writing skills across press releases, messaging frameworks and executive communications
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members

Preferred Background

  • Experience working on high-profile national or government-led initiatives in the GCC
  • Arabic language skills are essential
  • Previous experience within a regional or global communications agency
