Join our team at Carmen Perfumes and be part of a dynamic organization supporting UAE operations from our Cairo office.
Location: Maadi Ring Road, Cairo (On-site)
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, and Shipping Operations
• Experience dealing with UAE market operations is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes
• Experience handling import and export shipping procedures
• Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and secure competitive pricing and terms
• Experience coordinating with warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• ERP system experience is required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships
• Process and follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices
• Coordinate shipping and logistics operations for imported and exported goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate procurement records
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and timelines
