Al-Amin Gelatin Factory is looking for a Senior Purchasing Specialist with strong manufacturing experience to join our team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and uninterrupted production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process (PR to delivery)
• Source and negotiate with local & international suppliers
• Issue and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Optimize costs through price, payment, and delivery negotiations
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams
• Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance
• Prepare purchasing and cost analysis reports

Requirements

• 5 –7 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement (Manufacturing)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• ERP systems & advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
