Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Purchasing Specialist, based in Markaz Qowesna. The Senior Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire purchasing process, including creating and managing purchase orders, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities also include analyzing procurement needs, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions, and maintaining compliance with company policies while collaborating with various departments to ensure timely acquisition of required materials and services.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Orders
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Purchasing and Procurement practices
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for market research, cost analysis, and process optimization
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and GMP standards is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
