Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Senior QA Engineer with strong Automation Testing expertise. You will be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy, building and maintaining the automation framework, and executing quality assurance activities to ensure the highest quality of our microservices, frontend applications, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a robust, scalable, and maintainable automation testing framework for backend APIs, frontend UI, and native/hybrid mobile applications.

Define the overall testing strategy, covering unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing across the enterprise platform.

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium/Espresso/XCUITest).

Mentor and guide other QA team members on best practices, automation implementation, and test execution plans.

Integrate the automation suite into the CI/CD pipeline (GitLab DevOps) for continuous testing.

Define and track key QA metrics, report on test progress, and drive continuous improvement in the testing process.

Perform root cause analysis of issues and collaborate with development teams to ensure quick resolution.

Conduct performance and load testing as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.

4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in building and implementing automation frameworks.

Proven experience in mobile application testing, including automation tools and strategies for iOS and Android.

Expertise in API testing automation (e.g., using C#, Java, or Python libraries).

Strong ability to mentor and guide other QA team members.

Strong knowledge of SQL/Database testing.

• Familiarity with testing within a Microservices and Event-Driven architecture.
