We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Automation + AI/Platform Quality) to own quality across a modern cloud-based environment spanning SaaS user journeys, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities, with a strong emphasis on automation-first testing and release readiness. You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high confidence releases through robust test strategy, automation frameworks, and data-driven quality signals.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute test strategy across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end flows.
- Own sprint/release QA planning: scope review, risk assessment, entry/exit criteria, and sign-offs.
- Engage early in delivery (requirements → testability → acceptance criteria) to prevent defects and rework.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and regression suites (UI + API).
- Drive an automation-first culture with measurable improvements in coverage, stability, and cycle time.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates.
- Experience testing AI/ML or data-driven systems; familiarity with NLP/LLM evaluation approaches
Qualifications:
- At least 6–10+ years in QA / SDET / Quality Engineering with strong ownership mindset.
- Strong hands-on automation experience using Python and/or Java.
- UI automation experience (Playwright / Selenium / Cypress or equivalent).
- API testing and automation (e.g., Postman + automated frameworks).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, test design, and risk-based testing.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with Git-based workflows.
- Experience testing AI/ML or data-driven systems; familiarity with NLP/LLM evaluation approaches.
