Senior QA Engineer

LC50X is an industry-agnostic venture studio and capital firm dedicated to investing in early-stage startups. Beyond providing capital, LC50X actively incorporates and develops startups until they achieve substantial traction. Following this, the firm assists these startups in securing additional funding.

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong Fin-tech experience to ensure the quality, security, and reliability of financial products including digital wallets, payment systems, APIs, and mobile/web applications. The role focuses on testing mission-critical transaction flows, automation, and compliance with fin-tech standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing

Test payment flows, wallets, KYC, and financial transactions

Perform API, Web, and Mobile testing

Build and maintain automation test scripts

Validate integrations with payment gateways and third-party services

Conduct smoke, UAT, and end-to-end testing before releases

Report, track, and manage bugs using Jira or similar tools

Collaborate with Product, Dev, and DevOps teams in Agile sprints

Requirements

Requirements

46+ years in QA (2+ years in Fin-tech/Payments required)

Strong experience in API testing (Postman/Swagger)

Automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)

Mobile & Web testing experience

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred

Experience with Wallets, Fin-tech, or E-commerce platforms

CI/CD and automation pipelines

High attention to detail and ownership mindset
