Responsibilities:
- Support the QC Team Leader in preparing Quality Control document management systems, including control procedures, inspection plans, and testing plans.
- Verify the correct implementation of Quality Control systems across projects.
- Collate, review, and analyze statistical data related to QC, inspection, and testing from the project, and issue reports to relevant functions.
- Promptly identify and report any potential discrepancies that may impact the achievement of project quality requirements.
- Issue quality alerts across the company to share information about any quality incidents that have occurred at specific project locations, enabling others to learn from them and prevent similar occurrences.
- Analyze nonconformity data and highlight recurring issues.
- Monitor and ensure that NEAS and other quality monitoring dashboards and tools are updated in a timely manner.
- Undertake increasingly critical reviews of subcontractor QA/QC documentation at various stagespre-qualification, shortlisting, and post-contract awardto ensure comprehensive compliance with NMDC standards and project contractual requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 08 years of related work experience in similar industries
- Experience in dredging and marine projects is highly preferred
