JOB DETAILS
Job Title: Senior QC Engineer - Electrical.
Sector/Business Line: ElSewedy Electric T&D.
Scope: Transmission & distribution.
Department: QHSE.
Job Location: Minya, Egypt.
Accountabilities:
- Follow up and monitor site quality plan implementation.
- Initiate NCR for any quality violation according to referred references and make root cause analysis
- Follow up and monitor NCRs related to site activities and tracing closing status with site manager.
- Follow up & Monitor all site activities in daily basis including installations, test and commissioning.
- Confirm that all drawings is approved and stamped with IFC furthermore confirming the site using the last revision of drawings.
- Confirm that all material is approved completely with technical submittal, FAT and MRR.
- Cooperate and coordinate with the site QC civil and mechanical for any interface works to implement the work in right way without delaying.
- Hold work when there is any risk for continuing of work under coordination with direct manager.
- Attend all internal and external technical meeting that related to project quality scope.
- Prepare and arrange all inspections with consultant.
- Implement all project QA/ QC Documents and records periodically in proper way as per company QMS and send copy for head office through mail.
- In cooperation with the DC, control and audit all project documents.
- Continuous communication with his direct manger with any required feedback.
- Confirm that all forms been using in site are the last version approved by QA of the company.
- Prepare lesson learned for the project after TOAC and send it to his direct manager.
- All tasks and implemented works for QC engineer should be recorded officially as much as possible.
- Collecting all data from subordinates and make reports which need to be raise periodically to higher management.

Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Qualification:
- Years of Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Quality control.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and very good command in English.
- Computer skills: Microsoft office and AutoCAD.
Technical competencies:
- Good knowledge of ITP preparation and implementation at site.
- Good knowledge of international and Egyptian standards, codes and how to find all required references from it.
- Good knowledge of site quality requirements.
- Good understanding of the nature of electrical transmission and distribution activities.
- Good Knowledge of substations electrical activities and its subsequence's.
- Good knowledge of construction activities.
