Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer specializing in finishing and fit-out commercial projects. The Senior QC Engineer will oversee and implement quality control processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with standards across all project phases. Responsibilities include monitoring onsite work, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining documentation to support the quality assurance framework. The role requires effective collaboration with project teams to ensure project goals align with quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes in construction projects.
• Analytical Skills to identify and troubleshoot quality-related challenges.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Quality Management systems and standards in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finishing and fit-out commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of local and international construction standards and regulations.
