Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior QS Engineer will oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial management for projects. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing cost estimates, managing contracts and tenders, analyzing project risks, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role requires collaboration with project teams to manage costs effectively and deliver projects within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying, cost estimation, and cost analysis
• Proven experience in contracts management, tendering, and financial planning
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certification in quantity surveying or construction cost management is a plus
• Prior experience in high-end, large-scale architectural projects is highly desirable
