Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review periodically the prevailing QA procedures to update / modify / add procedures, if necessary, through internal audits.
  • Conduct training sessions and foster skill development within the QA team
  • Monitor evaluation reports produced on quality performance
  • Maintain KPIs on the output of QA procedures of the projects.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of periodic systems and quality audits.
  • Coordinate with all departments for the execution of periodic quality certification audits.
  • Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification for ALGIHAZ Holdings duly certified by third party auditing agency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the QA process.
  • Identify and implement new QA processes and tools.
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to developers for product enhancement.
  • Develop audit plans and schedules, defining audit objectives and criteria.
  • Lead and mentor QA teams maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Plan & develop internal audits plans
  • Identify gaps in processes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify potential risks in processes and products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience OR Diploma with 10+ experience.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) OR Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • Strong knowledge and hand-on experience with ISO 9001
