Primary Duties:

• Establish and uphold quality assurance standards and processes.
• Examine product specifications and operational processes.
• Assist the QA Lead in improving and maintaining the technical landscape of quality assurance and quality control.
• Assist the QA Lead in the process flows to executing testing strategies and offering critical QA insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate best quality practices and processes for product advancement.
2. Partner with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting to continuously innovate and deliver.
3. Critically assess product requirements.
4. Craft, execute, and maintain test plans and cases.
5. Write Automation test scripts for regression, smoke test cases
6. Ensure comprehensive regression testing for bug resolutions.
7. Guide functional and UI testing for new and updated features.
8. Detect, document, and monitor bugs to resolution.
9. Determine technical problem origins and suggest actionable solutions.
10. Advocate for product quality, efficiency, and exceptional user experience.
11. Architect and implement test plans, ensuring component integrity.
12. Champion exploratory testing, focusing on thorough defect documentation.
13. Engage in continuous improvement through defect analysis and feedback.
14. Innovate with new test scenarios.
15. Familiarize with product life cycles and actively engage in test planning.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years in Software Testing, encompassing Mobile and Web applications.
2. Fluent communication in English, with exemplary documentation abilities.
3. Forward-thinking with an adaptive approach to technological shifts.
4. Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals.
5. Proficiency in test automation and performance tools.
6. Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies.
7. Hands-on experience with Postman or equivalent tools.
8. Proficient with JIRA for bug tracking and reporting.
9. Comprehensive understanding of testing workflows.
10. Proactive, dedicated, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
11. Capacity to work autonomously.
12. Acute attention to detail.
13. Mastery in technical design and flowcharting techniques.

Advantageous Qualities:

1. ISTQB Certification.
2. Experience testing e-learning applications.
3. Aptitude to manage large project scopes effectively.
