Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.
Sector/Business Line: ElSewedy Electric T&D.
Scope: Transmission & distribution.
Department: QHSE.
Job Location: Cairo, Egypt.
Accountabilities:
- Maintain and update the Quality Manual, Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they reflect current working practices
- Collaborate with department heads to map out workflows and identify process bottlenecks or compliance gaps.
- Oversee the document control process to ensure that only the latest approved versions of documents are being used on sites and in the office
- Plan and execute the Annual Internal Audit Program. to verify compliance with ISO standards.
- Act as the main focal point during external surveillance audits (e.g., by SGS, TV, or Bureau Veritas) for ISO certification renewal
- Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) register. Ensure that non-conformities raised during audits are closed effectively and that the fix is permanent.
- Analyze quality data (e.g., Cost of Poor Quality, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, KPI trends) and present quarterly management reviews to senior leadership
- Conduct induction training for new hires on Quality Policy and QMS awareness
- Prepare a Quality plan and interact with all tender quality requirements

Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
Qualification:
- 5 7 Years of experience.
- Professional Certificates: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt.
- Language proficiency: English Fluent, French preferred.
- Computer skills: (e.g. Excel, Power BI, presentation) to extract insights and support decision-making.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to look at a spreadsheet of data and identify a trend that suggests a process is failing.
- Process Writing: Ability to write procedures that are clear, concise, and actually usable by site teams.
- Diplomacy: Ability to audit senior managers and report non-conformities without causing conflict.
