We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong Airline domain expertise to support mid to large‑scale digital transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end QA delivery across functional, non‑functional, and UAT testing
- Define and execute QA strategy, test planning, and governance
- Manage QA teams, mentor testers, and ensure delivery quality
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and Agile teams
- Oversee defect management, test reporting, and release readiness
- Ensure quality across web, mobile, middleware, and system integrations
Must‑Have Skills
- Experience managing QA for mid to large digital transformation programs
- Strong Airline systems experience: PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check‑In, GDS (Amadeus)
- Hands‑on expertise in Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface testing
- Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ALM tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating with Agile release teams
