Senior Quality Control Engineer

Role Description

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

Conduct site inspections to ensure work execution complies with approved drawings and specifications.

Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.

Witness and coordinate laboratory and field tests (concrete, soil, steel, etc.).

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and as-built documentation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices, with the ability to monitor and maintain high industry standards
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and convey quality requirements
• Experience in Quality Management and developing effective strategies that enhance operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering
• Knowledge of applicable safety and regulatory standards in the construction and engineering industry
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a senior quality control role is highly desirable
