Senior Quality Control Engineer

Job Purpose:

The ideal candidate will oversee all quality control activities across construction and development projects to ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the project-specific quality control plans across all sites.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Review and approve materials submittals, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead the non-conformance reporting (NCR) process and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive quality control experience in real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and QA/QC standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality management software.
