- Support QC team leader in preparing quality control documents management systems including control procedures, inspection, and testing plans
- Verify correct implementation of quality control systems in projects
- Collate, review, and analyse statistical data of QC, Inspection and testing from the project and issues report to relevant functions
- Promptly identify and report any potential discrepancies that might impact achievement of the quality requirements of the projects
- Issue quality alerts across the company to share information about any quality incident that have occurred at a particular project location so that others may learn from it to prevent similar occurrence
- Analyse nonconformity data and highlight repetition
- Monitor and ensure that NEAS and other Quality monitoring dashboards and tools are updated in timely manner
- Undertake increasingly critical reviews of subcontractor QA-QC documentation at the respective stages of prequalification, short listing, and post-contract award to ensure comprehensive compliance with NMDC standards and project contractual requirements o Strict compliance with HSE policies, processes, and procedures
Educational Qualifications Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical or Civil), or equivalent
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred CSWIP 3.1, NDT (RT, PT, MT, UT, VT) -ASNT Level Il, NACE Level Il, IECEX personnel competency or equivalent preferred
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 09 years of related work experience in similar industries, with supervisory potential
