Senior Quality Control Specialist

Colin's Egypt is expanding and looking for an experienced Senior_QC_Specialist based in Ismailia with a Denim focus to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

-Monitor quality across all stages: fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and packing.

-Conduct and supervise inline and final audits to ensure compliance with AQL standards and customer requirements.

-Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

-Work closely with production, washing plants, and suppliers to resolve quality issues quickly.

-Prepare detailed inspection reports, quality KPIs, and feedback for management and buyers.

-Guide and support junior QC staff; ensure proper training and performance alignment.

-Evaluate denim-specific processes such as: Washing (enzyme, stone, bleach, etc.).

Job Requirements:

-5–7 years of experience in denim quality control.

-Strong hands-on knowledge of denim fabrics, stitching, washing, and finishing processes.

-Experience working with export buyers/buying offices is a strong advantage.

-Detail-oriented with strong reporting and corrective action follow-up skills.

- Based in Ismailia.
