Your activities
- Perform Incoming, In process and Final inspections as per customer requirements and relevant international codes
- Ensure all Master equipment and instruments used are calibrated and certified
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), and Method Statements
- Complete Aramco-required forms such as RFI documentation
- Maintain daily inspection reports, NCR logs, and quality records
- Coordinate inspections with Aramco inspectors, thirdparty agencies, and internal project teams.
- Attend quality meetings, toolbox talks, and project progress reviews
- Communicate nonconformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Participate in internal and external audit activities
- Support root cause analysis for quality issues and implement improvement actions
Your profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Further training towards NDT method with several years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- At least 3 years working on Saudi Aramco projects with strong knowledge of Aramco standards
- Strong knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ISO standards
- Arabic speaking is plus
- English speaking is must
