We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with Min 10+ Years of Experience in UAE Construction Companies to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents.
- Take the lead in managing, reviewing, coordinating with estimation department, and ensuring the accuracy of all the documents needed for the tendering process including BOQ.
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control activities.
- Analyze project outcomes and generate detailed progress and cost reports.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and manage interim payment processes.
- Forecast project costs and track budgetary spending.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to legal and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert advice on contractual claims and commercial risks.
- Lead the Quantity Surveying team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in the construction industry within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software Planswift.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
