Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Road Marking | UAE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) with expertise in road marking projects to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and valuations for road marking works.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Handle contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Review BOQs, tender documents, and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare payment applications and commercial reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE contract practices and project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in quantity surveying for road marking projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, variations, and claims.
• Experience in measurement and valuation of road marking works.
• Familiarity with UAE contract practices; FIDIC knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
