Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer / Architecture

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carryout accurate and efficient Material Quantity Take-Off for all items in accordance with the Contract and its specified Method of Measurement, utilizing the companies specified software.
• Provide professional and presentable MQTO reports.
• Carryout and assess subcontractor's variations
• Carryout and assess material take-off for Subcontractors / Suppliers as applicable.
• Assess contract documents and identify any modifications to the contract documents.
• Perform the quantification and preparation of variations.
• Prepare of variations logs, reports and records.
• Support in identifying any wastage of the materials.
• Assess and Approve IPC's for the suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support with Subcontractors / Suppliers issues.
• Carry out any/all tasks assigned that are related to work nature or job duties.
• Provide and maintain monthly reports and logs as necessary.
• Delegate work to Junior QS and make sure of accurate and efficient deliverables are produced.
• Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department
• Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment and environmental aspects.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

BSC in Engineering /Architecture
