Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
  • Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Review and analyze tender documents, contracts, and specifications.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Evaluate and certify contractor and subcontractor payments.
  • Prepare and track variations, claims, and final accounts.
  • Conduct risk and value management assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular cost reports and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and procurement.
  • Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
