As a Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer, you will play a vital role in managing project costs, contracts, and financial control to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications for Civil, Architectural, and MEP works.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor invoices, claims, and variations.
• Prepare and review interim payment certificates and final accounts.
• Analyze project costs, monitor budget variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Participate in tendering processes including bid preparation, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Support value engineering exercises to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost alignment.
• Prepare progress and cost control reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and tendering processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of cost management software is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
