Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location : Abu Dhabi,UAE.

Company: Giffin Al Jazira is a UAE-based company specializing in road infrastructure, traffic systems, and metal industries.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Monitor project costs and control budgets
• Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts
• Prepare interim payment certificates and progress reports
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in construction/infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and cost control
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
