We are seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors / Quantity Surveyors to support the commercial and contractual management of ongoing construction projects. The role will focus on quantity take-offs, progress claims, variation management, cost control, tender preparation, and contract administration.
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
Review and assess subcontractors progress claims, variation claims, and supporting documents.
Prepare interim payment certificates, variation orders, and cost reports.
Prepare, submit, negotiate, and settle progress claims and final accounts with clients or main contractors.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate contract documentation, payment records, correspondence, and supporting commercial documents.
Implement contract administration procedures to ensure proper internal compliance, documentation, and cost controls.
Prepare tenders, quotations, project budgets, and subcontractor comparison reports.
Identify potential cost risks, contractual issues, and variation opportunities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
Support the project team in resolving payment, valuation, and contract-related issues.
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant Project Quantity Surveying experience.
Experience in civil works, infrastructure projects, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Familiar with contract administration, quantity take-offs, progress claims, variation orders, cost control, and final account preparation.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Strong numerical, documentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple commercial responsibilities effectively.
