The Opportunity
A well-established, market-leading interior fit-out contractor in Dubai is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of restaurant and F&B fit-out projects.
This business delivers fast-track, high-quality interiors across hospitality, retail and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Management
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, BOQs and tender submissions
- Manage project cashflow, cost reports and forecasts
- Lead variation pricing, negotiations and final accounts
- Protect margins and manage commercial risk across live projects
Contracts & Procurement
- Draft, negotiate and administer subcontract packages
- Assess and certify interim payments and valuations
- Manage claims, change orders and commercial correspondence
Project Support
- Work closely with Project Managers and site teams
- Carry out site measurements, progress reviews and cost checks
- Support value engineering without compromising design intent
Required Experience
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- 710+ years experience in interior fit-out / turnkey contracting
- Essential: Proven delivery of restaurant or F&B fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of fit-out procurement, subcontract management and final accounts
- Experience working in fast-track, design-heavy environments
- Confident communicator with clients, consultants and site teams
