Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor Mechanical Engineer located in New Cairo. The role involves the day-to-day responsibilities of cost planning, cost reporting, and cost management for mechanical engineering projects. The professional will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing cost control efforts, ensuring accurate cost estimation, and delivering financial oversight for projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or engineering projects with a focus on mechanical engineering
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in relevant software for cost estimation and project management
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
