Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP (Revit) based in Riyadh. The responsibilities include managing cost planning, cost estimation, and cost reporting related to MEP works. The role also involves the preparation of BOQs, cost analysis, and monitoring cost control measures. Collaborating with engineering teams, stakeholders, and contractors will be integral to ensuring efficient project execution within the defined budget.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in cost control, cost management, and cost planning for MEP projects
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and executing cost reporting
• Expertise in using Revit software and other relevant tools for cost estimation and project management
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh as part of a dynamic project team
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in MEP projects within large-scale infrastructure developments is preferred
• Experience not less than 15 years
