Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Cairo. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing the bill of quantities (BOQ), overseeing cost control, and planning and preparing detailed cost reports to assist with effective project cost management. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met, while maintaining accuracy and adherence to industry standards and practices.

Qualifications

• From 5 to 7 years of Experience
• Possess expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in construction estimating and financial software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a Must
• Previous experience in a senior quantity surveying role within the construction or engineering industry is highly desirable
